Services

At ITS we take pride in providing our customers with on time, premium service. In 1993, we initiated our ITS Managing Total Quality (“MTQ”) process. We realized that the attitudes, skills, and performance of our people were critical to the satisfaction of our customers' expectations and the ultimate success of our organization.
In the first quarter of 1999, after 12 months of preparation, ITS achieved official ISO 9002:1994 certification. This process affirms that facilities operated by ITS have the quality management systems in place to provide customers with an assurance that all services delivered will meet or exceed their expectations. The process also guarantees procedures for continuous improvement, effective guidelines for corrective action, and provides for audit trails to monitor customer services and actions performed. With a change in the ISO quality standard, in late 2003 we were recertified to the updated standard of ISO 9001:2000. ITS continues to maintain its ISO 9001 certification leading the intermodal provider industry in quality.
ITS is the only organization of its type to have successfully completed this demanding process. It is just another step towards achieving that next level of consistency and professionalism demanded by our customers as we collectively face the challenges of the 21st century.
